'Is there something special that needs to be done to get Steam Guide table formatting to accept the equalcells argument?
Steam guides are supposed to support a table formatting option to equalize the width of all cells according to their official documentation:

"[table equalcells=1] will force the table be full width of the page and for each column to be equal width"
This option does not appear to be working at present, is there anyway to enable or duplicate this functionality within the confines of supported Steam Guide formatting? The goal is to force cells in different tables to the same width so they will line up properly.
