'Is there any way to apply dynamic conditional formatting into Matrix in power bi?
I have a question about Power BI.
I have a dataset and I created a matrix based on country and values across cycles. I want to apply conditional formating to compare the previous periods' value. What I wanted to create is shown below. Do you have any recommendation about how can I do it?
