'is there a way to download a file which is not explicit using linux CLI tools?

Been googling for a while and can't find an answer to this, I am trying to download the plcoud executable to automate into my ansible playbooks, however I can't see to make it work, the link is:

https://www.pcloud.com/how-to-install-pcloud-drive-linux.html?download=electron-64

I have tried curl redirecting options and few wget switches but none work, they always download the webpage htm rather than the actual file that autodownloads in a browser.

How can this be solved?
