'Invalid Chai property: calledOnce

I'm seeing the following errors when running TypeScript unit tests. The problem is when I try to install chai/sinon-chai/sinon, it doesn't help. Has anyone run into this issue?

 'Provide Feedback' toast should call the analytics actions
