'install the Adreno Open CL Machine Learning SDK v2.1 on Ubuntu 18.04LTS

I have done installation steps so far like

install adreno_open_cl_ml_sdk_v2.1.zip
extract zip folder
launch putty and enter configuration
once accessed putty open files (of cl folder in adreno_open_cl_ml_sdk_v2.1.zip ) using the text commands

I don't know how to install the Adreno Open CL Machine Learning SDK v2.1 on Ubuntu 18.04LTS
