'In flutter using android studio I can't run an app in a real device

I finish an app with go back end, and everything is fine when I run the app with a device emulator, but when I tried with a physical device I can't do it

this is my code

class AppConstants{
  static const String BASE_URL="http://192.168.0.4:8080"; // this is my IPv4 Address
  static const String GET_TASKS="/gettasks";
  static const String POST_TASK="/create";
  static const String GET_TASK="/gettask/";
  static const String UPDATE_TASK="/update/";
  static const String DELETE_TASK="/delete/";
}

AndroidManifest.xml

<manifest xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android"
    package="com.example.flutter_golang_yt">

   <application
        android:label="Todogo"
        android:name="${applicationName}"
        android:icon="@mipmap/ic_launcher">
        <activity
            android:name=".MainActivity"
            android:exported="true"
            android:launchMode="singleTop"
            android:theme="@style/LaunchTheme"
            android:configChanges="orientation|keyboardHidden|keyboard|screenSize|smallestScreenSize|locale|layoutDirection|fontScale|screenLayout|density|uiMode"
            android:hardwareAccelerated="true"
            android:windowSoftInputMode="adjustResize">
            <!-- Specifies an Android theme to apply to this Activity as soon as

                 to determine the Window background behind the Flutter UI. -->
            <meta-data
              android:name="io.flutter.embedding.android.NormalTheme"
              android:resource="@style/NormalTheme"
              />
            <intent-filter>
                <action android:name="android.intent.action.MAIN"/>
                <category android:name="android.intent.category.LAUNCHER"/>
            </intent-filter>
        </activity>
        <!-- Don't delete the meta-data below.
             This is used by the Flutter tool to generate GeneratedPluginRegistrant.java -->
        <meta-data
            android:name="flutterEmbedding"
            android:value="2" />
    </application>
</manifest>

On my phone I search "192.168.0.4:8080" and can't access it, so in that case what should I do?

Thank you in advance
