I forgot the Encrypted used for the plastic SCM cloud project, is there a workaround for this?

Unfortunately, PlaticSCM do not have access to your encryption password and would not be able to decrypt it from the *.key file.
My suggestion would be to backup your cryptedservers.conf and your corresponding *.key file as you can use these on new clients as and when you need to authenticate.
They are located in the hidden folder Users/youruser/.plastic4 (Mac) or Users/youruser/appdata/local/plastic4 (windows).
