'I deleted all configChanged attr setting in AndroidManifest, but the matepad in portrait would coming into onConfigurationChanged

I want my activity relaunch while switch to multiwindowmode, but it coming into onConfigurationChanged, I deleted all configChanged attr in AndroidManifest, it relaunch in portrait phone,but not relaunch in portrait pad.
