'I am using ACF for WordPress and need to convert the ID to a URL when pushing data to HubSpot through WPFusion

Php is not my cup of tea; we are using ACF as our form builder and have a few file upload fields; we have integrated this form using WPFusion to HubSpot but we get an ID in HubSpot and not an actual URL. We need a URL to get the actual upload from WordPress.
I need guidance on how to change this code in the URL below to look for the files for a user and give me the URL (pushed) to HubSpot instead of the ID.
