'How to use UrhoSharp in UWP (not by Xamarin.Forms)?

I want to use urhosharp as a library in UWP.

As the image showed,UrhoSharp can be a independt library for UWP ,because besides the Xamarin.Forms,it can be used in UWP .

However,it seems that it doesn't contain the UWP relatived packages.
