How to solve Could not determine the dependencies of task ':app:lintVitalRelease' [status code 502 from server: Bad Gateway]

Question

Hi I am trying to build an app of flutter, but I get this error log

FAILURE: Build failed with an exception.

I have tried to follow the step in this link Could not GET 'play-services-location/maven-metadata.xml'. Received status code 502 from server: Bad Gateway but I still get the error, is there a way to sole this case. I have been trying to solve this since yesterday, but still get the error. And here is my android/build.gradle
