'How to Set up a Wildcard Subdomain for all WordPress Posts?

I would like to build a WordPress in which we have too many posts also these posts have different languages I am using for it polylang. What is the best way to create a WordPress post in a subdomain for the best SEO purpose. I have these posts like

example.com/instagram-stories/best
example.com/es/best-instagram-stories/best
example.com/fr/best-instagram-stories/best

I want to change these URL to like these

instagram-stories.example.com/best
instagram-stories.es.example.com/best
instagram-stories.fr.example.com/best

in above URL best is a category. second I use cloudflare on digitalocean hosting. any help me how to do it.
