'How to set ParentWindow in Linux?

First(Again): Sorry for my Bad English.

We Speaking about Python btw.

I Work now in Ubuntu 20.04 to create the Linux Version of my WallpaperEngine. I have to set the Parent Window of the Icons Window. In Windows i can do this with pywin32 (SetParent()), but i dont know how to do this in Linux. Any Ideas?

Just in Case that anyone didnt understand: I search a Library in Python which can set Parent Windows.
