'How to select the locations that are contiguous to a specific region?
I have a shapefile of Brazil divided by its cities. I want to create a new shapefile consisting of all the cities in the southeastern macroregion (colored brown in the image below), plus the cities in other macroregions that are contiguous to the ones in the southeastern.
Or, even better, plus the cities that belongs to the 20 nearest neighboors of the ones in the southeastern. How can I do that?
