'How to retrieve markups after you attach markups, leave edit mode mode and enter edit mode again
To retrieve markups which are previously made, you need to execute extension.loadMarkups BEFORE entering edit mode.
There are some events related to edit mode that you can listen.

However, there is no event that fires BEFORE entering edit mode. Does anyone know how to do this?
