'How to make a filter with preselected category

I'm new in development with basic knowledge in coding. I searched many plugins and tried many suggestions, but I couldn't find the solution. I'm working on a store with woocommerce and I try to create a filter 'Season' with 2 product categories (Summer & Winter) but I want to make the one category preselected. In summer, I want to have preselected the filter 'Summer' so the users will be able to see the summer products and if they want to see the winter products to filter the category 'Winter' from filter. I provide an example with preselected term 'Καλοκαιρινή Σαιζόν' (Summer season). https://www.floraonline.gr/el/koritsi
