'How to generate ultrasound through ffmpeg?

I'm learning ffmpeg recently, and in the process, I thought of a question, can ffmpeg generate ultrasonic and infrasound waves?

If so, is it possible to see the spectrum of ultrasonic or infrasound through ffplay?
