'How to fix VMWare workstations that turns into black screen

This is my VMWare Workstation, VMWare workstations screen turn black and I can't do anything with the VMWare workstations. I am using VMWare Workstation Pro version 16. It was normal before, but after several minutes, I do not know, why the screen become black.

However, when I'm trying to hover over the taskbar of the VMWare, the screen works like normal. I've been trying to fix it but, it does not change anything. Does anyone know, what's the problem?
