'How to Enable the scopes for my UBER API APP

I found many questions about this situation but no answer at all.

I'm trying to enable some scope for my APP, inside the configuration, I can see the message:

"Your application currently does not have access to any scopes. Please contact your Uber Business Development representative or Uber point of contact to request access."

But I can't find any way to request it since i don't have a "Business Development Representative".

Please, could you help me? How did you manage to make integration with Uber-API since you can't enable the scopes?
