how to Disable Office365 email login per user on all device except from OWA.\

I have already disabled from exchange admin center.

Selected user mailbox -> Email Apps ->MAPI, Exchange services, Exchange Active Sync, IMAP, POP3 and enabled only outlook on web.

Problem is i can configure email from Mobile Apps and Windows 10 Mail app, even though outlook desktop app wont work.

What is the solution for this? This particular user need only outlook web access and not anywhere else.
