how to create table based on month in dax powerbi

Question

I want table in this format:

where

1. R-any,E-M means RegisterOn any month and Enrolled on respective month,

   • example - 19 indicates candidate RegisteredOn any month but Enrolled on January month
   • 11 indicated candidate RegisteredOn any month but Enrolled on February month

2. R-M,E-M means RegisteredOn respective month and Enrolled on respective month
   

   • Example: 10 indicated candidate RegisteredOn january month and enrolled on january month
   • 6 indicated candidate RegisteredOn February month and Enrolled on February month
