'How to create ggplot line plot of NYC arrest bond eligibility?

I'm trying to create a line plot showing the percentage of arrests in NYC that were considered bond eligible per month by race.

My data frame includes 3 variables: admission date (when the individual was admitted into jail), race (the three values included in this column are white, black, and other), bond eligiblitiy (whether the individual qualified for having bond set). My tibble looks similar to this (just with 46,555 rows of data). The arrest data begins in January 2019, and runs through December 2020.

  admission_date | race | bond_eligibility

  2020-08-02 white eligible

  2020-09-03 unknown non-eligible

  2020-10-05 Black non-eligible

  2020-11-05 White unknown

I am wanting the x-axis to be the month, the Y axis to be percentage of arrests that are bond eligible, and I believe there be three lines, one representing the percentage of bail eligible outcomes per race.

I'm new to R and ggplot. I normally write in Python. Would anyone be able to help me figure out how to plot this line graph?
