How to check payment orders in web salesforce portal after successful mobile payment in appium

Question

We have appium framework for native mobile app. I'm planning to check order number in salesforce web qat portal after successful mobile payment, but not sure how to switch from mobile automation to web automation in cucumber appium. Do I have to include any configuration?

My requirement is to open QAT salesforce commerce cloud web portal in chrome(NOT mobile web ,it's normal web) ,enter credentials it has some multi factor authentication too. Then after login I have to verify order status. Any reference might be helpful.
