How to assign traffic to specific pod based on content in kubernets?

Question

I'm working on deploying a service with kubernetes, which is meant to recieve video stream address and process it periodically. A client may send more than one video stream requests at the same time(different requests though). My service need to make sure one video stream be processed with one pod and stick to it. It seems headless service can do it, but I don't know how and not sure if its doable. Can anyone help?
