How do I install chrome extensions as developer to my Workspace's users

Question

I was given a task to speed up deploying our important extensions,, because we have lots of new features basically daily. Unfortunately we need to use host permission to every site (*://*/*). Because of that all of our deployments are manually reviewed which takes around 3-4 days. I know that we should be graceful for this time given it says it can take as long as 30 days.

Considering all of that I was browsing through google documentation and found out that you can install chrome extensions remotely to your company managed browsers, but I've not found any possibility to install them as developer - which would cancel any review time. Do You know any other options? We are working remotely so going to them and manually installing it isn't an option, as well as them installing it by themselves because they are not as good around tech. OS that we use are Win10, Win11 and MacOS
