'How can we create new contact in android / ios when a link is clicked on a website?

I have a website with a link named "Save Contact". When a users click on this link in their mobile browser I want it to open the mobile new contact screen with details (name, number etc) filled to save the contact. I have used the "href:tel" as,

<a href="tel:12345660909" class="btn btn-default">Save Contact</a>

What it does is, it opens the dial screen with the number, but what i want is when user click on save contact it should open "new contact screen" with name and number (I have all the details in my model) entered. Can anyone please help.
