Has any one got this error using webpack 5 ? ERROR in ESLint is not a constructor?

Question

Been going in and out of rabbit holes for a few hours trying to find out why this keeps happening on my build. Has anyone else seen this error before ?

The elint is showing linting errors so it's executing, but showing this error at the end of the build.
