'H2 Console Not Running

I've ran into a problem with H2 Database Console. The problem is that after installation the icons are created and everything seems fine, but neither the h2 console nor the command line don't seem to work. I've looked into it online but i couldn't find a single solution for it.

If anyone could help me with this I would really appreciate it.
