'Google Vault Upload 503 Service Unavailable
In the last ~week, several Google Vault uploads have failed with 503 errors:

Is there any documentation regarding reasons/potential solutions for 503 errors when using the Google Vault API for uploads? We have been using this API for a few years now and never encountered this, and it appears that the user uploading has correct permissions.
