google sheets quota and bonus calculation IFs statement

Question

I am using Google Sheets to track my daily work and bonus calculation for projects.
I have a script that tracks my input log and adds it to an output cell totaling my monthly projects completed for my team. My quota for every month is 30 projects. For every one project over the maximum, I receive an additional 45$.

For the sake of understanding the script: my quota total is logged in cell B8 and if that cell is less than or equal to 30 my bonus is equal to zero, after which for every increase greater than or equal to 30+X, then write 45*X.

I want to try and simplify this statement but I am not sure how. I could just keep adding on to the script but I know there is a simpler cleaner method.
