Google Analytics - Why my product checkout data are all zero for App?

Question

it is for GA360 for App

For E-Ecommerce -> Product list performance -> Product, the product checkouts column are all zero.

We've sent all product information with the checkout events for checkout step 1, what else should we do to have these number not zero?
