'Fullcalendar Timezone Issue - Calendar is NOT displaying correct time

Description
The calendar is set to US/Pacific timezone, however the events are showing in local TZ ( US/Eastern ). The event itself is in UTC (2022-05-08T11:00:00-04:00) should be showing in the calendar as 8am
instead it is showing as 11am
