'Formidable Multiple Data search

I want to search multiple data and fetch result in formidable.

For example:

I have data like Audi, apple, onion which is separated by their categories that is Car, Fruits, Vegetables. I want to search Apple, orange, Mango so I create a Checkbox list which already have fruit. so how to search with multiple data in formidable?
