'Failure to build pyarrow numpy when pip installing streamlit, python 3.9.4
I get the following error when I pip install streamlit:
Failed to build pyarrow numpy ERROR: Could not build wheels for pyarrow, numpy which use PEP 517 and cannot be installed directly
