'Extract table from running table

I have 2 problems using UIPath to extract table data.

I'm Using UIPath Studio 2021.10.5, and trying to extract data from table. But the UIPath give me error message element type is not eligible (image attatched).

And the other problem is This table showing running data in a millisecond. Each new coming data will displaying at new Row, but if max row reached, then new data will display from 1st row again. (video link attached).
