Expanded report "Event count by Event name" and not only for real time

Question

In the Real-time view, I can see the stats for "Event count by Event name", where I can click in each event and after that select parameter name that I want to filter out. It works great, but I can only see the data for the last 30 minutes (real-time).

However, I'd like to have the same report of that data for some weeks. I guess that it could be done in any way with the "Explore" section, but I cannot configure it.

So what I'd really like is just to expand the same real-time report that I described before for some other dates.

Please, do you know how could I do it? Thanks!
