'Email Issue Laravel

I am currently working on a Laravel project which is finished, but I have an issue by configuring the smtp since on the env file has the proper settings, but mails aren't coming out and on the web server I am getting the following errors:

Error 91.116.32.6 500 POST /admin/members/5/email-send HTTP/1.1
