'Editing Moodle homepage

Could you please help me find the associated files (.PHP and .mustache) for the "Add a new course" button which appears at the bottom of the page for course creators on Moodle? I need to move / modify that button. See image attached. I am using Moodle 3.10 and Moove theme.

I have found /theme/moove/templates/frontpage.mustache but that does not include the button for authenticated users. If it is generated by the 'core course renderer', could you please provide some specific instructions to access the file/codes? enter image description here
