'Doaj xml import error ERROR:SCHEMASV:SCHEMAV_ELEMENT_CONTENT: Element 'title'

I'm trying to load xml into doaj but getting header error. There are 2 languages in xml and the second one gives an error. Wasn't multi-language already optional?

I wonder if the titles will come one after the other? I did not understand anything. I directly referenced doaj's xml document, but I don't understand why it gives this error. do you have any idea about it.
