'Disable Banner warning for space SharePoint Server

I need to disable for all users except site collection administrators, the banner that shows : this sharepoint site is running out of space.

I can't find a natif way to do this.

Is there somehow a way to do this from central administration ?

PS : i'm using SharePoint Onpremise 2016 and have access to the server
