'Diagnostic test for IOS, Instruments

this question is not focused on a programming problem, I just wanted to see if there are people with more experience making apps that could help me with a question.

I have an app that I have been improving for the last 7 months so that there are no bugs and crashes, the app works very well but it is my first official app in the app store, and I am worried that when users start using it there will be bugs, how can I do it to make sure that the app will work perfectly. Is there some kind of diagnostic or something?
