'Dataset construction to make Classification and object detection for writer identification

I'm working about my final project which is "A new approach based on deep learning for the identification of writer from his Arabic handwriting style."

  • First, i should construct my dataSet. My question is how i can crop words from scanned images forms to bitmap images to save theim with their writer's name withe fast method ?
