Customize the address section in the order mail after adding new fields in the payment form

Question

Thanks to the plugin, I added additional fields to the checkout form. I want the fields to appear in the address section in the order mail, but it shows above. You can see more details from the picture.

Also, I would like to customize the address section in the order mail as I want. Like;

Shipping Address

Name: ((customer_name))

Surname: ...

Street: ...

Billing Address

Name: ...

Surname: ...

Street: ....

How can I do that?
