'CSS styling for Flexdashboard Tabs

I am new to dealing with CSS and I can't figure out how to adjust the font size on my tabs on my R Flexdashboard. I've been able to adjust other things by using a CSS style sheet but I can't figure out what the ID is for these tabs under each page. Anybody have any idea? To be exact - in my image I am talking about the tabs below the Sector page i.e, Business tab, Agriculture tab etc

I tried googling to find the CSS tags for these tabs but was unable to find anything that worked. I also used inspect in my web browser to try to source the tag but it didn't work. see tabs in flexdashboard here
