Creating a layered barplot

Question

Im attempting to make a layered barplot with one dataset over another. In this case, i'm trying to place the benthos bar beneath the Chironomidae bar to visualize the proportion of Chironomidae in the benthos value. I've set up the data like this:

I have no idea how to set up the data or which settings I should change so it layers but does not stack.
