'Created a URL field in powerbi and published, it works fine for me but some users are having issues accessing. Any suggestions?
I have two fields Project URL and Proposal URL, both are from oracle cloud. Proposal URL works just fine, users are reporting having trouble getting to project URL. Error is as followed:

The thing is if user copy and past the URL into browser it works fine, so I dont think its an access issue. But if they click on the hyper link the get the following error.
Error ms-pbi.pbi.microsoft.com server ip address could not be found be found?
