'Create a link to an Excel file that creates a new tab in Excel every time it opens
Is there a way, in Excel, which allows you to paste a link that every time it opens, creates a new tab?
To specify:
I want to create a questionare using Excel, but because of limited access on the computer network I can't do any more extensive programming using ex. Python. I would like to have a template file, with pre-written questions, and send it out to 100s of people with the same link. But every time one opens it, I want it to be empty and ready for answering (with i.e. numbers: How much do you like ... with a number from 1-9). Then afterwards it would be simple to collect the data.
Is there a way to do this?
