'Could not load assembly crystaldecisions.reportappserver.common - Crystal report

I installed SAP crystal report run time 13.0.23.2819 both Internal and production server. Crystal report is working fine in internal server. But it production server it throws the following error

could not load assembly crystaldecisions.reportappserver.common

Basically I don't have any crystaldecisions.reportappserver.common.ddl in Crystal report installed folder.. Kindly guide me, if anyone faced this issue.. Thanks in advance
