'correlation::correlation(IncRNA_vs_mRNA, include_factors = TRUE, method = "auto")
The results give me a matrix table instead of a correlation table. It's hard to read the matrix table. how to solve the issue??? is there could be any issue with my data table (excel file) or anything else?
