Change results from 'per thousands' to 'per 100,000'

Question

I have pivoted and merged three data sets:

[1] https://www.who.int/data/gho/data/themes/topics/indicator-groups/poison-control-and-unintentional-poisoning [2] https://www.who.int/data/gho/data/indicators/indicator-details/GHO/estimated-road-traffic-death-rate-(per-100-000-population)

[3] https://www.who.int/data/gho/data/indicators/indicator-details/GHO/gho-ghe-ncd-deaths-in-thousands

As you can see, two of the data sets [1&2] are measured 'per 100,000 population' and the other [3] is 'per thousands'.

How to I change the 'per thousands' variables to be 'per 100,000 population'?
